Biography
He was born on October 19,1975 to an Armenian family in Beirut, Lebanon. Where learning about art was very important. His parents always encouraged him to paint. He is a self-taught conceptual contemporary abstract artist living now in Fort Lee, NJ. Raffi was inspired to start painting at a very early age by watching his grandfather who was a well known artist in the community. The colors of the Mediterranean and the French Riviera were huge influences to his style of painting.
His education background is in international Business & Marketing. With that he started his furniture gallery in 2009 where his art is being displayed. He sells his pieces to private art collectors and friends. He has a following from all around the world and in social media.
Raffi believes that the story begins when the colors meet the canvas. That's where he leaves a piece of inspiration for the art collector to enjoy. Also, each painting that he works on creates a positive energy.
